in p1283r0
<http://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2018/p1283r0.html> the
author states "Platforms that might have required a difference are no
longer supported by their vendors, and have instead added support for a
single export."

I found no evidence to this claim. For example MSDN
<https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/importing-and-exporting?view=vs-2017>
says to use import just as we did in the past to get the most efficient
code, and it has impact on the object and resulting DLL too.

So if such attribute is considered for the standard it should be one that
is capable replacing its current nonstandard notation, and a single-word
variant will not do.
