I propose to add to <iterator>= ;:

1) std::mbegin(container)/std::mend
S= emantics: Return moveable iterators, exactly the same as std::make_move_ite= rator(std::begin(container))
Why: We already have std::begin and = std::cbegin and I believe this is a odd one out for consistency
