Sure, but I think I would be good for C/C++ community to have common tools, 
at least on ABI level. Like atomics or complex numbers.

Yes, it is slightly thinner than execution_context v2. But it still 
controls the lifetime - I need to keep the continuation object somewhere. 
May be add something like thread::detach() ?
