Thought of, sure. Unlike STL, just because I needed it in ten places
in the library, I didn't proceed
with suggesting it to be standardized. :) Some other people wrote to
me to ask for my opinion
on whether it should be standardized, my response was "doesn't pass
the bar for that, based
on my field experience".
