This would do wasteful copies from rvalues. If you look at 30.2.6=20
[thread.decaycopy] you'll see it's defined as:

     template <class T> decay_t<T> decay_copy(T&& v)
       { return std::forward<T>(v); }

I guess `auto` would do too.
