It doesn't look like a war to me, we're just trying to categorize the=20
usages of error reporting :-)
So indeed, the error id is a *static* contextual information, so=20
*dynamic* contextual information would include runtime information. BTW,=20
this is something we could add in the introduction of the proposal.
