Yes. Definitely not pretty, but since it already is the practice.

I agree, being accustomed to dot-notation. But, I guess a lot of 
functional developers would beg to differ.

Lets hope the proposal for D's UFCS (can't recall the proposal id number) will 
get a green light.

Otherwise, we'll probably need something like boost.range adaptors.
