That being said, I know some library author (cppnetlib for example) which
stoped targeting validation from boost because of
a mix of problems, like the submission process being either slow or
stalled, and the requirements making things difficult
for some c++11/14 library proposal. From what I read so far it's far better
to directly publish the code somewhere
and write a proposal about it for the c++ committee.
But that's just the info I read on library authors blogs.
