	More people use machines running 8086 real mode code
than any other processor, I'd reckon. Where have you been?
Why are you still using such an out of date flakey operating
system as Unix?

Same reason as people with 386 still run DOS---compatibility,
availability of software, familiarity ..... all the same reasons
people use C++ instead of a newer designed from scratch language.
