Hello fellow C++sers,

1. Can anyone give me information on the newest definitions of the syntax
and semantics of templates and exceptions?  My knowledge derives
solely from the ARM, but as far as I know, numerous unclear
definitions and open problems have been remedied or solved in the
meantime.  Are there any documents that describe the current state of
affairs?

2. I once read about an FAQ for this newsgroup. How do I find it?
(I tried at rtfm.mit.edu in /pub/usenet/news.answers, but did not find
anything ...).
