Hi all,

I have been pooring over the latest C++ draft standard and I can't find a
thing on creating custom manipulators.

I read in a book once about an OMANIP macro that could be used for this
purpose but I don't see anything in the standard about it. I did notice
the smanip type is implementation defined. Is that meant to imply that the
method for creating new manipulators is also implementation defined?

Thanks for your help,
Mark
